Timothy Gordillo, 20, and Samuel Gordillo, 22, both of Allentown, held two civilians at gunpoint near 2nd and Gordon Streets around 1:40 a.m., Allentown police said. Police did not specify what had been stolen.
The victims provided police with the suspects' descriptions, and officers captured them a short while later, they said.
Samuel Gordillo was charged with the following:
- Robbery which Inflicts or Threatens Bodily Injury
- Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License
- Resisting Arrest or Other Law Enforcement
- Possessing Instruments of a Crime
- Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize
- Simple Assault
- Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition
He was remanded to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, court records show.
Timothy Gordillo was charged with the following:
- Terroristic Threats
- Disorderly Conduct
He was remanded to Lehigh County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail, records show.
A dual preliminary hearing was set for Monday, March 28.
